Appliances

Generally, about half of a home’s electric bill comes from the use of appliances, electronics and home office equipment.  Energy efficient appliances are rated by the government’s EnergyStar program, which enforces strict standards when it comes to energy efficiency.  Installing energy efficient appliances saves in energy costs over the long term and is more beneficial to the environment.  Products in this section include refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, clothes washers, clothes dryers, ovens, microwaves, and more.
