At Construction Green Book (CGB), we value your privacy.  We do not sell, rent or in any other way disclose your personal information to third parties.  Any information that is displayed on your listing is chosen by you and is only used within the CGB directory.

All payment processing is handled by PayPal, an independent secure and encrypted site.  When inputting payment information, the privacy policies of PayPal are in effect.

This site contains links to other websites.  Construction Green Book will not be held responsible for the content or privacy practices of any sites we link to. 

We have a strict policy against spamming.  We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission.  We forbid the sending of unsolicited emails of any kind in connection with our website or any participants in our directory.  We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our directory “for cause” if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policy.  We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.  If your account and listing are terminated, no listing fees will be refunded.  If you are “spammed” by anyone regarding our services, website, or any other matters, please report this activity to admin@constructiongreenbook.com.

Construction Green Book reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time.  Changes to the policy will be posted on this page and will be effective as of the date of posting.
